2nd Annual Spirit Dinner at Caballeros!
John & Deborah will be at the Spirit Dinner in Goodyear Arizona where Caballeros restaurant will be cooking with our Gold Miner Spirits. Our taste buds are looking forward to the culinary masterpieces that Caballeros is known for. If they aren't sold out, we'd love to see you there! Dinner will be this Wednesday, May 15th, at 6pm.

Bottling Days are Coming!
Please leave your information if you are local or semi-local to us and would like to help with bottling days. We will be emailing to our list short notice (the bottling will come up within that week) and it will be first come, first serve for RSVPs. The Distillery will provide lunch, and we will have some fun and bottle some product using our semi-automatic bottling line.
Roll Out the Barrel Dinner Event
Our Dinner Event is scheduled for Saturday, March 2nd, 2013, please call or email us if you are interested in attending. Dinners are $50, and we include the drinks. :) Our dining event is a four course sit down dinner with entertainment and John and Peter will mix the first official taste out of the barrel after dessert! Yum.

Tastings Friday and Saturday

Barrel Reserve Rum Wins a GOLD medal
D3 garnered a GOLD medal in the San Francisco World Spirit Awards 2012. There were only 4 Gold medals and 2 double gold's in our catagory, all of which were Caribbean rums except D3. Total entries into the awards, over 1200 entries!!

Spicy Vodka Sauce Recipe
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1/4 cup tomato paste, 1/3 cup *Gold Miner Vodka*, 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, 1 garlic clove, pressed, Salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste, Cooked pasta, chicken or shrimp. Happy Taste Buds!
Rum Fudge Recipe in under 10 minutes!
Sandee came in and toured our facility, and was gracious enough to share this recipe with me! Take 12 ounces of any kind of chips you have handy (not potato chips!) like chocolate, butterscotch, or peanut butter or those multi colored ones! Warm them up for 90 seconds in the microwave and stir. Add 16 ounces of your favorite frosting, chocolate, fudge flavored, vanilla, anything you like. Mix with 1 Tablespoon of your favorite Gold Miner Rum, and 1/4 t. of salt. Again, 90 seconds in the microwave and stir. Add nuts and spread in a buttered pan, then refrigerate, you are done! Variety Packs are popular for the Holidays!
We are having alot of interest in our variety packs for presents for the Holidays. We are hoping that these may be available in a store near you very soon... The variety packs have a 50 ml bottle of each of our four products in a nice black box, very contemporary but it looks nice with our old fashioned labels! Our retail store is open Monday through Saturday, just ring the doorbell if the door is looked during the week. It's sure to be a private tour!
