It does not contain any additives,preservatives or molasses (for coloring) or NGS, and no aspect of our production has been outsourced. We are Arizona proud!! Support your local distillery! I hope the days of May are treating everyone well! It's been a wonderful windy May for us here in Kingman, and we are all truly sorry about all the fires on every side of us! The sun & temperature couldn't be more perfect however! In June, look for us at the Flagstaff Beer fest! Come up to Flag and cool off from that first real hot month of summer!
Recipe time! We are serving this Pi Yi tropical drink at this Spring's dinner, tomorrow evening! This drink was mixed by Jason Asher, a leading mixologist with Youngs Market. He is awesome! The history is that this drink was served at "The Islands in Phoenix" in the 1960s. PI YI 1 oz. Gold Miner Agave rum, 1 oz. Gold Miner Barrel reserve rum, 1/2 oz. Funkin brand Passion Fruit Nectar, 1/2 oz. R&W Peach Liqueur, 1/2 oz. Honey syrup (2:1), 1 oz. fresh lime juice, 1.5 oz pineapple juice, dash angostura bitters, blend with crushed ice, and serve with a pineapple leaf garnish, or tropical flower garnish.
by Vern Whaley, from Canada, one of our guests today... 2 cups of ice cream, 2 cups coffee, and 1 cup of rum. (Best with the Agave). Mix well, and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, mix again and drink. Makes 4 servings? That all depends....
Time for a Recipe! This one is from Paula Shuffler, who has sent this in as one of her favorites. She says "I am a Manhattan fan, so decided to make a Gold Miner Manhattan and it has become my favorite". So here is another Manhattan recipe! 2-3 oz Gold Miner Dark Rum, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth, 1-2 dashes angostura bitters, and a splash of maraschino cherry juice. Garnish with a cherry. Serve on the rocks or not in a cocktail glass, or for a classic tourch, combine ingredients in a shaker and serve in a chilled martini glass with cherry dropped into the bottom. Nice! Thanks Paula!

Agave Margarita, 1.25 oz agave rum, ½ oz grand gala (an orange liquor), ½ oz triple sec, ½ oz simple syrup, ½ fresh squeezed lime, 2 oz sweet and sour; shake until frosted, pour into margarita glass with salted rim.
